EDMfluid® GR fluids - formulated with synthetic paraffinic hydrocarbons – meet the requirements of the machine tool manufacturers such as Evag, Vollmer and Walter.
EDM grinding is suitable for manufacturing and grinding polycrystalline diamond tools (PKD).
The series consists of three viscosimetric gradations: the first two are specific for machining PKD, while the third one is specific for the new grindings capable of alternatively machining PKD, EDM grinding and Carbide in abrasive grinding by means of diamond grinding wheels with a single fluid boasting a “double” function: dielectric fluid and lubricoolant.
